Our fair and transparent refund policy for construction estimating and architecture services.

At Digital Estimating & Architecture LLC, we stand behind our work and want every client to be satisfied. This refund policy meets the requirements of Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.net.

1. Refund Overview

Our Commitment: We offer fair refunds based on work completed. Our primary goal is to resolve issues through revisions before processing refunds.

This policy applies to all services: estimating, takeoff, Xactimate, architecture plans, MEP plans, bid preparation, and consultation.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

• Order not started: Full refund
• Significant errors on our part: Refund or redo
• Service not delivered: Full refund
• Duplicate payment: Full refund
• Wrong service charged: Difference refunded
• Consultation not conducted: Full refund

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Work completed and delivered as specified
• Client provided incorrect information
• Client changed scope after work began
• Subjective preference dissatisfaction
• Services already consumed, for example a consultation already conducted
• Refund requested after 14 days without a valid reason

Estimates are based on client-provided plans. We are not responsible for cost variations due to market changes after delivery.

5. Revision Policy

• Estimating & Takeoff: 2 free revisions within 7 days
• Xactimate: 1 free revision within 5 days
• Architecture Plans: 2 free revisions within 14 days
• MEP Plans: 2 free revisions within 14 days
• Additional revisions: Available at 25% of the original cost

6. How to Request a Refund

1. Contact Us: Email info@digitalestimatingllc.com with your order details.
2. Review: Our team reviews your request within 2 business days.
3. Resolution: An approved refund is processed, or a revision is offered.

7. Processing Time

• Stripe (Credit/Debit): 5 to 10 business days
• PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
• Bank Transfer (ACH): 5 to 7 business days
• Zelle: 1 to 3 business days
