We provide construction cost estimating, quantity takeoff, material takeoff, Xactimate estimates, architecture drafting plans, MEP plans preparation, bid preparation, and expert consultation across all 50 US states.

Do you serve all 50 US states?

Yes! We serve contractors in all 50 US states including California, Texas, Florida, New York, and every other state. All services provided remotely via email, phone, and WhatsApp.

Where are your offices?

Headquarters: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE #11090, Albuquerque, NM 87110. West Coast: 362 E 2nd St, Los Angeles, CA 90012. We serve clients remotely across all states.

What types of projects do you handle?

All types: residential (new homes, renovations), commercial (offices, retail, warehouses), public bid (government, schools), industrial, and insurance restoration (water, fire, storm damage).

Pricing & Payment

How much do your services cost?

Sub-contractor: $250 to $500. GC: $400 to $1,000. Commercial: Custom quote. Xactimate: 2% of claim. Architecture & MEP: Custom quote. Consultation: $50. New customers get 20% off.

How does the 20% discount work?

First-time clients automatically get 20% off. No coupon needed, applied when we send your quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer (ACH), and Zelle. All 256-bit SSL encrypted.

How does Xactimate 2% pricing work?

Our fee is 2% of total claim value. Example: a $50K claim is a $1,000 fee, a $100K claim is a $2,000 fee.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Delivery & Turnaround

How fast do you deliver estimates?

Estimates: 24 to 48 hours. Complex commercial: 3 to 5 days. Architecture plans: 5 to 10 days. MEP plans: 5 to 14 days. Xactimate: 24 to 48 hours.

Can I get a rush estimate?

What format are estimates delivered in?

Estimates in Excel & PDF. Architecture and MEP plans in PDF & CAD (.dwg). All emailed directly.

Architecture & MEP

Do you provide architecture drafting plans?

Yes! Complete architecture drafting plans: floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and permit ready construction documents for residential and commercial projects.

What are MEP plans?

MEP = Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing. We provide HVAC layouts, electrical plans, plumbing diagrams, load calculations, and permit ready MEP drawing sets.

Can plans be used for building permits?

Yes! Plans are permit ready. We also offer Plans Sign & Stamp by a licensed professional engineer.

Revisions & Refunds

Do you offer free revisions?

Estimating: 2 free within 7 days. Xactimate: 1 free within 5 days. Architecture: 2 free within 14 days. MEP: 2 free within 14 days. Additional revisions at 25% of original cost.

What is your refund policy?

Before work begins: 100% refund. Within 2 hours: 100%. Work started: 50%. Completed as specified: no refund. See our Refund Policy.

How do I submit plans?

How accurate are your estimates?

We maintain 98% accuracy using PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Xactimate, and expert human review.
