- Bid Preparation — Complete bid packages
- Expert Consultation — One-on-one sessions
Payment Terms

Delivery
- Standard estimates: 24-48 hours
- Complex commercial: 3-5 business days
- Architecture plans: 5-10 business days
- MEP plans: 5-14 business days
- Consultations: Within 24-48 hours of booking
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use delivered estimates and documents. Our website, logo, templates, and methodologies remain our exclusive property.
Prohibited: You may not resell or distribute our deliverables as your own work.
Limitation of Liability
- Estimates based on information provided and current market conditions
- Actual costs may vary due to market fluctuations
- Our liability limited to amount paid for specific service
- Architecture plans must be reviewed by licensed PE before construction
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.
Confidentiality
- All project information kept strictly confidential
- We never share client details with competitors
- All team members sign confidentiality agreements
- Files stored on secure, encrypted servers
Governing Law
These Terms governed by laws of State of New Mexico, USA. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Albuquerque, NM.
